Coaching and Mastermind Group Terms and Conditions
When you join an Epsilon Coaching Group, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By joining an Epsilon Coaching Group or Mastermind Group, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Group Membership.
Code of Conduct
Epsilon Coaching is dedicated to providing supportive and respectful Coaching and Mastermind Group experiences for every member, regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age or religion.
We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Our commitment to every Coaching or Mastermind Group member is to create an environment where you feel relaxed and safe to confidentially share personal and professional issues.
All Coaching and Mastermind Group members are expected to interact professionally and courteously in all communications while following these rules during all coaching sessions and any time you are interacting with other Coaching or Mastermind Group members. In short, we want you to enjoy Epsilon Coaching and Mastermind Groups, while being accountable and respectful to everyone else in the group.
Participants violating these rules may be removed from their group at the discretion of the group's coach. Epsilon Coaching may take action to redress anything designed to disrupt, or with the clear impact of disrupting, group coaching sessions or making the environment hostile for any participants. That is not to assert that group members may disagree with and challenge each other. But when doing so, we expect group members to comport themselves professionally and courteously.
Harassment, as we define it, includes the following actions and behaviors towards another/other group members and/or coaches and presenters includes, but is not limited to:
-
Discrimination, hate speech or hostile treatment of fellow members
-
Sexual or graphically disturbing words and images shared in group spaces
-
Deliberate intimidation, name-calling, stalking, or following a group member in-person or on social media
-
Photography, screen grabs, or recording of any group member or group sessions
-
Sustained disruption of group sessions
-
Uninvited contact of a fellow group member or their family members
-
Unwelcome sexual attention or flirtation with another group member
-
Any suggestions of violence or violent behaviors or abusive commentary
-
Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviors
Privacy Policy
By joining an Epsilon Coaching or Mastermind Group, you agree to maintain the privacy of your fellow group members by:
-
Not sharing group member names, background information, group discussions, materials, or other group communications with anyone outside of the group;
-
Not sharing within the group any additional details about a group member which you may know, but the member has not personally shared with the group;
-
Abstaining from reaching out to group members outside of the group or through group communication tools (such as Slack) without express, written permission by that member (such as an email establishing a mutually agreed upon communication between the parties). You are free to invite group members to connect outside of the group, but anyone who declines such an invitation is not to be asked again;
-
Joining a private group via Zoom in an environment where video and/or audio may be heard/seen by people not in the group (such as in a coffee shop or co-working space). Please take appropriate measures to protect the privacy of your fellow group members if you are joining from a public space.
If anyone in your group violates these Terms and Conditions of group membership, as outlined above, or any other behavior that makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible to your Epsilon coach.

We value your membership, participation, and privacy in our Coaching and Mastermind Groups. We want all group members to feel comfortable sharing their stories, thoughts, ideas, and questions openly and freely in our groups.

Cancellations and Free Trial Periods

We do not refund monthly fees.
If you want to cancel your group membership, please email your coach your request to terminate your membership at least 5 business days prior to a paid subscription period and you will not be invoiced for that period's membership.

As an example, you decide you do not want to continue in a group, let your coach know via email at least 5 days before your next paid session that you will not be attending your group and you will not be invoiced for the following month. If, however, you attend 1 or more sessions in a month, but choose not to attend another session that month and want to cancel your membership in that group, you will not be invoiced for the following month, with proper notice (as stated above), but you will not be reimbursed for unused sessions, should you decide not to attend them for a month you've already been enrolled and paid for. Why? Because we limit our group memberships and hold space for our ongoing members. If a member decides to leave a group, we only offer their space the following month to someone on our waitlist because we have held that space for the already enrolled and paid member.

Group membership and group subscription fees are non-transferable to another individual. However, if you decide you'd prefer to join a different group or you want to move to individual coaching sessions with an Epsilon Coach, we are happy to transfer the remaining amount on your account to one of those options.
